Coworking space Industrious to open 2nd location in Old Town Scottsdale

“Premium” coworking space Industrious is planning to open its second location in Old Town Scottsdale in January.

According to the Phoenix Business Journal, the coworking space will take the place of Barney’s in the Scottsdale Fashion Square mall. It will take up two floors and over 32,000 square feet.

The first Industrious space to operate in the Valley opened earlier this summer, located in the Lincoln Towne Centre – barely over a mile from the new location.

There is a possibility that Industrious will add more spaces to its 53 nationwide in areas like Tempe, north Scottsdale and downtown Phoenix, according to the Journal.

Amenities at Industrious include “ultra-fast” internet access, unlimited free printing, locally made coffee, and snacks available daily and relaxation rooms. The current Scottsdale location offers Cartel coffee and pastries from Squarz bakery.

Renting a desk in a shared space starts at $369 per month, while a private office for one person starts at $612 per month. Prices for larger private offices are available on the website. Anyone interested in an office fitting more than five people is asked to contact the company.
